You are an engineer, not a coder
These words (from the post title) I heard from my team lead when I came into my current role, after I switched to backend development from embedded engineering, and they opened my eyes. Technical leadership is the most valuable skill which business expects from senior engineers, and the next article perfectly describes what it is.
